Hey Everyone,
We have not had any time to get together to plan the banquet, so I wanted to give you all some updates as well as ask you for some help.

What we know -
Date is February 16
Time 6pm
Theme - Mafia, Mystery Dinner Theater
Dress - all black

What we don't know -
What to serve for dinner
Who will be acting out the dinner theater
The story line

Melissa and I are working on the storyline. Please let me know, in person, if you are willing to act out a part. I can't guarantee that everyone will have a part but a lot of people will. Please let me know if you are planning on being there so that I can assign you a job assignment. Also, I bought the hats today. Please bring $2.00 for a hat. Thank you all for your willingness to help. Start praying that we will be servants to the adults and that we would look for ways to give them an enjoyable evening. See you all on Friday.

In my opinion, even though we went through everything quickly for the sake of time, I thought that the meeting went pretty well today! It seems like there is a lot we need to improve on, though. Haha. =]
If you weren't there, you can ask me or somebody else for the notes we took that were organized in nifty little charts.



This doesn't really apply, but it'd be sorta wonderful if you guys would pray for me about Snow Camp. <3
