Princeton
As most of you know, we're going to Princeton this Saturday. We're leaving church at 9:30am and we should be back around 4:00 in the afternoon. Bring at least 10 bucks for lunch and an ice cream store we're going to. There's a lot of history at Princeton, a famous battle from the War for Independence and Jonathan Edwards is buried there. For the girls, there's lots of shopping at ritzy over priced stores. For the guys, there's food. Sarah and I plan to show you guys a place to buy the best Falafel you've ever tasted in your life. Of course, since most of you have never tasted Falafel you'll just have to trust us about how good it really is. It's all about expanding your horizons.

But the truth is, the real reason we're going to Princeton isn't history, shopping or food. The real reason we're going is so we can sing "Eye of the Tiger" 18 times in the van.

P.S. If any of you are planning on getting Phillies tickets for the Fireworks, June 29th, you better get them soon. They're going fast.

Josh's Entry
Today I read in my devotions Exodus 31, where in verse 6 God says to Moses "And I have given to all able men ability, that they may make all that I have commanded you". Here God is refering to the tabernacle and everything that was to be in it, but this reminded me that God has given us commands but He has also given to us the ability (by His grace) to do all that he has commanded us and he will not allow us to be tried beyond our ability. Isn't that great that He has not just given us commands but He has given us the Holy Spirit and because of Him we have the ability, to do what He has commanded us. Just remember that when you think that your life is falling apart because of the trials you are going through. Also remember to trust and put your cares on Him because He loves us more than anyone else and will work all things out to good for those who trust in Him. I also wanted to say I am sorry that I haven't really had a servants heart like Derek was talking about last night and I will try better to show Christ off to my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
